Bayta has said that this has been done without any initial clarification, and she leaves the blame to the director of the Agency for Professional Training, Fikirije Zyberi.
He has further said that if until Monday no clarification is given on this issue by 4: 00 p.m., and if full pay fails, then he will make efforts for collective professional school teachers to get on strike again.

Yesterday the State Treasury has executed salaries for teachers after municipalities have submitted their lists and agreed to compensate for lost hours.
From the Kosovo Commission Association have proposed that hours be compensated during working days by an extra hour rather than Saturdays.
