In responsibility of the Commission's Chairman for Election Reform, together with members of the Parliamentary Group of the Republic of Kosovo and with the participation of EU Chief in Kosovo, Ambassador Thomas Szunyog, today we continued working to address electoral reform, aiming to fulfil the European Union's recommendations and the best electoral standards of Western democracies.
For a healthy democracy in character, responsible for the task, accounting for the quality and quality aspect of representation, there is a need of time for this electoral reform to issue better solutions, to enable more democratic elections both as procedures and as content.
We will work together with all political groups and subjects and together we will engage to meet these needs. It is one of the most important processes in consolidating further our state and political democracy.
