Pessimism increases even more when we asked Albanians about the performance of the economic situation, which they have negatively assessed, 69.3% of them. Only 6.2% of them think the economic situation is very good.
23.9 %s have named the economic situation neither good nor bad, and 0.6% have refused to respond.
When it comes to the economy in their home, 51% of those questioned view the situation as very bad. While 12.8% positively assess it.
According to them, the main problems our country is facing are the 84.7% economy, migration by 67%, the high level of crime in the country, and the corruption for which 41.2 % and the health of 27..8% have voted.
For those who think the main problem is the economy, basket products occupy most of the concern with 46.8%, insufficient revenues 25.7%, unemployment 15.9% and transport costs 10.7%.
But this situation, according to citizens, is unlikely to change, as 57.2% of the target people think our country is going in the wrong direction. While 23.1% have indicated the right path is being pursued.
The findings are Euronews Albania's Barometer, conducted on September 9-21st, 2022, conducted by MRB and Data Centrum, at the national level with 1,000 interviews face to face.
