According to the Special Prosecutor's Media Commission, E.B., allegedly during 1998 ' 1999, was a police duty at the Djurakoc police station of the municipality of Istog, as well as, has been participating in the execution of the Staradrana massacre, where eighteen people have been killed.
By these actions, the defendant E.B. allegedly committed the criminal act of fighting the civilian population, sanctioned by Article 142 of RSPJ Penal Law.
“With the State Prosecutor's decision, defendant E.B., has been detained in a period of 48 hours, pending being sent to the Pre-emptive Procedure Judge within the 27-x1>, the communiqué says.
