He was tasked with posting photos from the activities of Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Nagavci. But he posted himself on the official Facebook site of MAST. And that by raising the middle finger.
The Ministry of Education's Media Office has apologised to citizens, arguing that this has happened because they are understaffed and working part-time.
“I apologize to the media and all Kosovo citizens for this unintentional concession. We have always tried to be on the level of duty, with few staff in number and with a lot of work and, as all of those working in communication with the public, over time and under conditions and not always easy circumstances, in order to bring the news to you as soon as possible.” says in response.

Today, while publishing on the official MASTI social network in the communiqué's Facebook for putting the new school's cornerstone in Ponosec, the official has mistakenly published a photo that had nothing to do with the event. Although, very quickly he reacted and got rid of it, this picture was released.
On behalf of the MASTI Public Communication Division, I apologize to the media and all Kosovo citizens for this unintentional concession.
We have always tried to be on the level of duty, with few staffs in number and with a lot of work, and, as all who work in public communication, without time and under conditions and not always easy circumstances, so that we can bring the news to You as soon as possible! Hence, we may even err, and we ask for your forgiveness and understanding!
We're going to keep up with dedication so that we can be in service of the media and the citizens within the responsibilities we have, to ensure the transparency of MASTI in public relation.
Honestly,
Besa Bytyqi, director of the Public Communication Division at MASTI
