(4 years ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Internal Crimes, reports that during a several-month investigation into full co-operation with Kosovo Police, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate and with the Constitutional Court in Prizren, an action coded by the name “has been conducted yesterday. TOTO” According to the prosecution, all suspects [...] have been arrested in this action.
According to the prosecution, in this action all suspects -- 13 persons, including 1 police official -- have been arrested.
In this case, 19 locations (residences and local location) have been raided - and in quality of evidence have been seized:
Preught at 55,388.00 euros (44,861,000 banknotes and 10,527,00 metal coins) ; Money ready 1,700,000 Swiss francs; Money ready 50,000 cc; Money ready 100.00 dollars; Pre-ready 1,320,000 Serbian dinar; Two (2) weapons (a short and a half-automatic); Thirty-nine (39) pieces of ammunition; Twenty-nine (29) mobile phones; One (1) laptop computer; Two (2) USB; Three hundred and fifty (350) packets of cigarettes without banners; Six (6) car”, prosecution reports.
The arrested persons are under a 48-hour ban, and within the legal term the Constitutional Prosecution in Prizren reports it will seek the same from the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the appointment of the detention measure.
The arrested defendants allegedly committed criminal acts: “Organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling” from Article 294, “Fade” from Article 331, “Use official position or authority” from Article 414, “Attack” from Article 184, “task” from Article 328 and, “Possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366, the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)”, the announcement concludes.
