Sarrazin said Kosovo is right on the license issue, but it should not take actions that cause turmoil.
He stressed that it is in the interest of all that the end of the month will no longer end with incidents or problems, just days before the Berlin Process Summit began.
The summit is expected to take place on November 3rd in Berlin with host Chancellor Scholz, and a number of agreements on easing co-operation in the region are expected to be signed.
Germany added that its country is the largest candidate for visa liberalisation for Kosovo and that it is working with European partners to complete the process.
Manuel Sarrazza for RTV 21 confirmed the existence of the German-French proposal for the Kosovo-Serbia agreement and described it as an important and constructive document.
During yesterday's day, US envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar has again called on authorities in Pristina to accept the request to extend a ten-month deadline for license plates.
Escobar said he hopes the Kosovo authorities will postpone the implementation of the command for license plates of Serb residents in northern Kosovo by 10 months.
I would hope that they would respond positively to the request not only of the United States, but also of the rest of the Quint, European Union and special representative Miroslav Lajcak”, Escobar said.
