Russian soldiers blocked during Ukraine's lightning counteroffensions have been filmed handing over a white flag waved from their tank.
The incredible images show the vehicle going to Ukraine's lines, as thousands are said to be throwing their weapons in the face of Kiev's blow, and Russians continue to lose part of the territory.
The lightning progress puts Ukrainian defenders at the striking distance of the town of Kherson ʹ the only provincial capital seized since the 24 February invasion still under Russian control.
And senior American officials last night said Ukraine could regain Crime if the military continues to progress at its current pace.
In his night speech, President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed his troops had freed three other settlements in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine and their offensive continues.
Putin's forces have now been ordered to withdraw after pro-Russian military bloggers found that the front line has collapsed with the loss of a large area of 1500 square miles.
