The route will only be used by cars and buses, which undergo full control procedures. Trucks are heading to the nearby ferry crossing, theBBC writes.
Russian investigators say they believe a truck was blown up by causing the collapse of road parts and the burning of a fuel train on the parallel railway bridge. This tape is still out of order.
Investigators say at least three people were killed in the blast.
The 19km bridge is an important supply route for Russian forces fighting in southern Ukraine.
It was opened by the Russian president in 2018 following Russia's annexation of Crime.
