Ukrainian media have reported major damage to the power grid and gas lines. Meanwhile, in Lugansk war has taken a turning point, as Ukrainian troops are taking control of the Svaveve-Kreminna strategic highway after weeks of intense and constant fighting.
On Friday, Moscow declared it has completed partial mobilization through which some 80 thousand citizens are equipped with weapons.
