After two decades, the number of Albanians registered in Serbia can be officially known.
The population registration process in this country has started on 1 October and will be completed on 31st this month.
Albanians have boycotted the 2011 census because, as the world has said, the Serbian state's unfulfilled obligations to them and discriminatory conditions.
But this time, political representatives of Albanians, who live mainly in the southern part of Serbia, have called on them to register.
Mehmeti, although he has been living in Pristina for over 20 years, plans to go and register in Syria of the Medvedja municipality, where he was born.
We are seven [members for recording] because children born here [in Pristina] cannot register”, he says.
He's the only concern for technical procedures.
