The application of this decision will take place in three stages, initially presenting remarks, and after three weeks fines for those who do not comply.
Starting from November 1st to November 21st, the measure will be the one to blame, then from November 21st for two months, until January 21st, will be the measure of fine.
From January 21st, there will be test plates for two more months, after which the date on April 21st can no longer have illegal license plates in circulation.
It is believed that in Serb-run northern Kosovo, we circulate close to 10,000 license plates issued by Serbia, with acronyms for Kosovo cities such as PZ, PR, KM and similar.
The decision on the license plate was initially meant to enter into force on August 1st, but was postponed for a month, as local Serbs rejected it and established barricades in northern Kosovo.
