Russian President Vladimir Putin is currently delivering his annual speech at the Moscow-based “Valdaki Discussion Club” Institute.
He is expected to demonstrate his intentions regarding the Ukrainian war through this talk.
He began the speech by saying that there was no unity in the West and that according to him there were some steps towards escalation in recent months, Sky News writes.
“They are promoting war in Ukraine, escalating provocations about Taiwan, destabilising world food and energy markets. As to the end, it was not deliberate, we doubt it was due to systematic error”, it is expressed.
On the other hand, he accused the West of playing a dangerous and dirty game, trying to impose its colonial models.
Later, it is expected that Putim will answer questions that will address him.
