Meanwhile, the head of the Pristina municipality, Progress Rama, is present at the conclusion of the Manifesta Biennal festival.
Klan Kosova reports that Rama, addressing the director of this festival, had said that “sot perhaps I am the most hated man in Pristina”.
Great Tollov was created today in Pristina, as the municipality has started today the third test for the conversion of Pristina's entire central ring, in a single-scale circuit for vehicles.

The test will continue until Sunday.
The Pristina municipality has called on citizens to have patience along this challenging period of traffic change, since the main purpose of the entire process is to resolve long-term release of pedestrian movement spaces according to the recommendations of the task road force, as well as to release the overload of road traffic.
