The youth's life in prison spoke of the social work official at this center, Flalle Ymer, according to which family support should never be missed for these people.
“It doesn't mean that everything is dark in the correctional center, that I don't want to call it jail because there's also a potentially extenuating situation for the public and the minors and their family, because we here treat all minors equally and equally, we don't judge or prejudge for their actions, our interest is that the minors get as useful from our institution”, said Flaut Ymer, for official social work.
The correctional centre for minors in Lipjan has the capacity for 120 people, while there are currently over 40 minors who have violated the law.
