During an interview in Prague for Radio Free Europe, Kosovo president also cited Kosovo's benefits from the European Political Community, a platform for formalised political co-ordination in Prague on 6 October. Osmani showed why the Association of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo is not yet forming, adding that it and “support any initiative that is not in conflict with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”.
She also talked about dialogue with Serbia. Regarding the issue of visa liberalisation for Kosovo, Osmani said he is a cautious “optimist”. Meanwhile, as regards the failure of the Constitutional Court's decision on the land of the Decani Monastery, Osman stressed that decision is based on “on the discriminatory decisions of Milosevic's time” and added that Kosovo should be “cautious about the precedent created by such a” decision.
