It has clarified that the Germans and the French Plan to group several issues in a single document to reach an agreement on them.

Osmani has said that in the coming weeks there will be meetings with the teams of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macro, who will clarify their goal in detail.

She has said that this is a proposal and that it will then remain for the parties to give their stand.

Otherwise, about a month ago on the opinion came information that France and Germany have given Kosovo and Serbia leaders a proposal on how to resolve the long-standing dispute between the two countries.

The Franco-German proposal has not been made public and is not known exactly what is contained, while the embassies of France and Germany in Kosovo have not confirmed the existence of such a document.

But, the US Special Emissary for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, has openly said there is a Franco-German proposal.

EU emissary Miroslav Lajcak confirmed this. He said he has talked with Prime Minister Albin Kurti on Saturday in Pristina, but has not provided details, as in his opinion, such a thing would damage the negotiation process.

While President Aleksandar Vuciq has stressed that the Franco-German proposal envisions Serbia allowing Kosovo's membership in the UN, without recognising its independence, until formal Belgrade's compensation would receive the acceleration of membership in the European Union.
