Permissionless construction, Rama: Give me a final shot, I can't get caught.

Prime Minister Edi Rama in response to a commentator's question on construction without permission said he is not behind illegal towers.

While stressing that this phenomenon is ugly and insulting, Rama said construction without permission should be dealt a final blow.
