Profiling this bill were MP PDK, Bekim Haxhiu, his co-party Florete Zejundu and AAK deputy Shemsedin Dresaj.
But it was not supported by opposition MP from LDK ranks Armend Zemaj.
The purpose of this bill is to pardon the penal measures imposed by Kosovo institutions, as well as to define procedures related to the form of these measures.
At today's meeting of this commission, the proposor of this bill, Nol Niushi addressed criticism for handling this bill in the Kosovo Assembly.
