Meanwhile, the debate on the perpetrators remains strong, just as questions about Moscow's possible response following the attack on a symbol built on Putin's orders -- and costing about 3.7 billion euros to celebrate the self-declared annexation of the Crime in 2014.
From Kiev, President Zelensky's adviser, Mykhailo Podolyak, has declared that the attack is actually a Russian internal issue, more precisely between the secret services known as FSB, the descendants of the KGB, and the defence ministry, which is increasingly accused of inability.
This interpretation can also find support in Putin's executive order, which has given the FSB the exact command and responsibility of protecting this strategic bridge from now on.
On the other hand, Ukrainian sources published by the Washington Post prestige point to a direct involvement of Kiev's secret services.
