Pan-hayenia: How did Kurt admit to stealing from his government?

In the spring of 2019 we had the mass campaign all over Kosovo, against PAN-Hajani.

Albin Kurti, prime minister and VV chairman, spoke at his party's meeting yesterday.

Two of his most interesting statements, It was that his first government didn't last long because The LDK was an unstable partner for state and national interests.

The second statement, among his speech, was the admission that even this government is stolen, but Not so much. In his pre-party address, Kurti also cited his party's renowned campaign “PAN-Hania.

Here's the two quotes of Kurti, which we're bringing down, the first for LDK partnership in the past, or in what's called Kurti1” government and the coming, but not so much:

1. So it steals a lot less:  Customs and ATK have begun to function with much less corruption because their revenues have increased nearly three times as much as our country's economic growth, which means that customs officers and tax agents have increased efficiency three times more than the economy, respectively, has increased local gross product.
