Osmani said that American President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken have written down that mutual recognition be at the centre of the dialogue.
“As regards the final agreement, the United States of America has never demanded a final agreement without mutual recognition from the Republic of Kosovo. Let me also state one thing that has been confirmed by our strategic partners more than once: mutual recognition is the only solution which brings lasting peace and stability to our region”, Osmani said.
“There is another proposal for specific agreements discussed in Brussels”, the president added.
Osmani has reiterated that “has never required Kosovo to give up the demand for mutual recognition”.
President Osmani said mutual recognition “is imperative”.
