Nagavci has said she is aware of the current situation in education, as she says she has experienced it herself at all levels.
And I'm very aware of the current situation in education, I've experienced it at all levels, and this has made that in each of my jobs, from my commitment as an MP and today as minister, since the first day in the education ministry office, we've started and we're continuing to take initiatives and decisions that will lead legally and virtually to a better situation at all levels of education”, it has written, among other things.
And so we are close to you and in your support, in fulfilling the growing needs of accountability in our interest and children, Minister Nagavci adds further.

Dear Teachers,
Last month's been easy. Once again, teachers were protagonists, supporters, and critics. I've felt it with you the anxiety of the latest situation with the strike. I am very happy to see the will of most of you for the beginning of the teaching year, this will was there even in early September and throughout the strike. Your passion and commitment to teaching goes beyond any influence and pressure. For that I am grateful.
Dear teacher, dear teacher, you will find the strength, the voice, the will for progress, for yourself, for students, for the country. So we are and will be together, facing all the obstacles we've had and continuing to have, with the iron will and the confidence to reach together the results we want, to further honor the teacher's profession. Because the teacher has dignity, the dignity that you create, even if you want to take and lose someone can't. Just as you cannot receive the splendor of the eyes of children who feel appreciated by the human, the love, the support of the teacher.
It was my destiny to be the daughter of two foster parents surrounded by books and work notebooks with piles of student notebooks. I still feel vivid about my mother and father's conversations about planning, remember how today they were proud of the beautiful planning of their students, their duties, and their successes, how they treated their students, like us, their children. I'm convinced they have close memories of all teachers' children, that the same is the situation in every teacher's family, with planning, consultation, more and more effort in daily work.
That's how I raised my kids. So I spent my entire life surrounded by teachers, extraordinary teachers, who shaped me, the model I had, which I continue to remember with special respect. I wish all the children the luck of being led by such teachers.
I'm very aware of the current situation in education, I've experienced it at all levels, and this has made that at all my work, from my commitment as an MP and today as minister, since the first day in the education ministry office we've started and we're continuing to take initiatives and decisions that will lead legally and virtually to a better situation at all educational levels.
As the minister, we are fully engaged in regulating the education sector, which we have found with many shortcomings in all its operating links, which over the years, has been affected almost the most heavily, and the consequences are still suffering. And, of course, the guilty are not strangers. I know you, Your Honor, as well as any of us.
Our priority, therefore, is to improve the quality of education by regulating legal and physical infrastructure, and we are witnessing it with our daily will and work. The well-deserved salary increase proposed in the law of pay is evidence of our dedication to you. Even the escalating wage growth according to performance is our response to boosting good work. Teaching deserves dignified compensation and will be guaranteed.
Your hard work in generations education cannot and dares not be questioned by anyone. Teaching is not easy, but working with students is a responsibility, and we have entrusted this to you.
Dear teachers, we must win the great battle for quality teaching, that is, and it must be above all our common concern, that is our shared responsibility towards children, citizens of the country. I'm aware that this requires a lot of work, a lot of energy and will by all, a lot of support for you in your daily journey in the face of the responsibility of generation education.
So we are with you and in your support, in fulfilling the growing need of accountability in our interest and children.
World Teacher's Day, October 5, proclaimed by W NESTO in 1994 was chosen with reason, since in 1966 it took an important step in teacher status with the establishment of standards regarding teacher rights. Teacher's Day aims to raise awareness of the importance of the teacher's role worldwide.
Let us be together in respect to higher standards, in awareness of importance, in fulfilling society's confidence for the better education of children, for the progress of all.
Thank you from the heart for your continued devotion. Happy birthday to you!
