In a letter sent to this company, Musk has agreed to pay the price he had offered several months earlier before withdrawing from the deal.
This change of attitude comes just weeks before both sides were expected to face the case in court.
Twitter, which has indicted the billionaire Musk to try to force him to proceed with the company's purchase agreement, was expected to win the judicial process.
On paper, Musk's lawyers said he wants to continue with completing the transaction, and has demanded that the legal battle be ended.
A Twitter spokesman said the company has accepted the letter and plans to close the $54.20 action price deal, as much as Musk had offered in April.
This Musk decision prompted Twitter shares to increase by more than $20 per cent or $52 per share. However, the value of an action is lower than the price Musk has offered.
When Musk first unveiled his desire to buy Twitter for $44 billion, he said he wanted to remove false accounts and preserve the platform as a place for freedom of expression.
But the billionaire withdrew from buying the company just weeks later, saying there were concerns that the number of false accounts on the platform was higher than Twitter had declared.
Twitter leaders have dismissed these accusations, arguing that Musk '%s' the richest person in the world with a fortune of more than $220 billion wishes to withdraw from the platform purchase deal because of the price.
Bilateral charges were followed by a sharp drop in the value of technology, including Tesla, the company that produces electric vehicles and is owned by Elon Mousk.
