Ramosaj said municipalities have prosecuted wages under the law, while it is the Treasury of State that has banned their execution.
“Based on legal competencies, the wage issue is the competence of the municipality based on this competence, municipalities have prosecuted wages under the law. Your honorless minister, as far as your knowledge is concerned, is the State Ministry's treasure of budgets and finance that has banned the execution of these salaries, that's the fact you should know”, Ramosaj wrote.
Furthermore, Nagavci's statement called it a failure until it was addressed as “intern minister”

Nagavci earlier said wages were realised for those officials who had the data.
