According to foreign media, it has stated that in this regard there are two procedures that should be shared.
“Proposal submitted to the title -- and later to explanation -- contains the beginning of a procedure which, in its sense, procedures and legal essence -- has two stages meaning but also require separate proposals”, Djurovic said in her announcement, Euronews wrote.
As she said, the Constitution and rule of Montenegro's Parliament clearly specify the procedure.
According to Djurovic, the regulation unequivocally reveals that in the concrete case it is necessary to correct the act presented and appoint as a proposal for the start of the procedure if the country's president has violated the constitution.
