Cadyrov has also criticised yesterday the Russian forces' withdrawal from Limani.
He announced on his channel Telegram that Russian forces “did not receive all necessary information and ammunition supplies” and blamed Central Military District Commander Alexander Lapi, accusing him of shifting his headquarters to Starobilsk, which is “100km from him.
