This decision has been made because Murati has not respected KPMSCK's earlier decision regarding the annulment of the contest for director of the Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK)
The ruling, which the Skanner newspaper has assured, says Murati will only be half the salary until the KKPSCK decision is implemented for the ATK director.
In this case, the Treasury dictator is obliged within 15 days to implement KKPMSCK's decision.
Kosovo Treasury Director-General “is tasked with making 50% a monthly pay stop for Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers Minister, within the 15-day deadline of 15 days from the day of acceptance of this decision, until the implementation of the decision No.50 /2022 on the 1407.2022, it has been found to turn the evil into the Civil Service of the Republic of Kosovo”, it has been said in the KPSOK decision.
