In an interview for Euronews Albania Zeka said that from the documents of the European diplomats that circulate, it seems that an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is near, but that according to the analyst will be realised on the basis of the two requirements of Vucic that are very painful for Kosovo.
“I am convinced that Serbia will not accept Kosovo's independence, but there are other ways to reach the agreement; Serbia wants to set the condition that Kosovo does not become a member of the UN for 10 years, but there are also two very painful requirements for Kosovo -- that the northern Serbs gain autonomy and the association of Serbian municipalities with executive competences be established. If that is done, it would be the murder of the state of Kosovo. The association Kurti called Zajednica will be the biggest cancer against the state of Kosovo”, Zeka said.
According to him, the best solution for Kosovo has been and is the exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia.
Kosovo to provide Zubin Potok, Lesak and Leposavic, who were Serbia's until 58 and we to take Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanocin”, Zeka said.
