Defence Minister Armend Mehaj says Kosovars are trained to win the battle before entering it.

Mehej has announced that the next group of NCOs has successfully completed the course in first response to battlefields and skills in communication.

Our “soldiers are constantly trained to win the battle before they enter. At the Doctrine and Training Command, the next group of NCOs has successfully completed their course in combat leadership, first response to the battlefield, and skills in communication” wrote Mehej.
