Martin Berishaj, former member of the LVV chairmanship, was warmly thanked by Kurti today at the LVV General Council meeting, where the leader of the ruling party spoke of “good body” in justice.
Kurti recalled how Berisha, mentioned in a financial scandal in Slovenia, “had to suspend the mandate in office to devote itself to the ambassador's new task”.
“These other jobs, which we have introduced and continue to present in the government, are also credited with the commitment and contribution of the past Vetvendosje Movement chairmanship”, Kurti said, recalling that “part of that leadership today are in significant state positions”.
Citing other people who came out from the LVV leadership and took important positions in the state, Kurt thanked them warmly.
All these thank you, everyone with a complete heart, with great gratitude for their work. I'm sure they did it, not for me, but not for themselves. They've done it with the highest national and social ideal, and I appreciate they've done a very good job”, the LVV chairman said.
