She became the prime minister with the shortest mandate in history of the United Kingdom, while the second being the shortest in the country's top was George Canning, who served for 119 days after his death in 1827.
Prime Minister Truss' problems began when its first Chancellor, Kwasi Kwarteng, rocked financial markets with a small budget, which was introduced on September 23rd.
