The statement was made today by the Kremlin.
“It is necessary to update regulatory procedures and frames and the economy as a whole, and individual industries, and to ensure special operation”, Putin said, speaking at the first meeting of the newly formed Co-ordination Council.
“The issues of updateing and improving administrative procedures have been discussed many times, but the situation is such that all this work should be considered again”, Putin added.
“needs a broad and deep co-ordination between all structures -- both economic and power blocks -- and regions --” added to the Russian leader.
Putin's comments come at a time when Russia is undergoing a series of losses in Ukraine, including the regions that claim it is an annexing contrary to international law. /abcnews.al/
