Two former top local leaders in Lezha added land to the coast

In this criminal activity, the criminally profitable property persons have included other people, among them the closest and known ones, passing over their assets and then with a final goal to switch to their ownership”.
The two former top local government leaders in Lezha, Frokaj and Ndoka, as well as other former officials, were arrested in 2018 for the removal of more than 230 thousand square metres, but on the coast.
