Latif leaves for America, his friend's mystery-filled letter: You left disappointed, killed in your soul, wanted to kneel

Former Health Minister Rifat Latifi is headed towards America today, 1 week after his resignation.

This is what his former adviser, once a friend, revealed through a written letter posted on the social Facebook network.

Through this letter, Shllaku says that Latif went out disappointed and deeply hurt.

He also says Latifi served as a minister without negotiating and shopping, and added that often travel to various states made it itself, not the state budget.

On the other hand, former health minister's friend, recalls that Latif who on his first day worked night and day to carry out his goals and projects.

My friend Rift, today in the early hours you took your way to the U.S. In Kosovo he left many friends and colleagues to appreciate and respect. From that heavenly height deeply disappointed in your soul this path is the most difficult one for you. In Kosovo you came with an invitation to become Minister of Health. You said yes, without negotiating and shopping maybe it was wrong. You told me I had repented of my life if I had acted differently, as we can manage and the Health of Kosovo will raise him to the highest levels. You were convinced it was possible. From the very first few days, you spent your hard work enthusiastically. You had no time, no prejudice, you created bridges, you knew there were thorns, but you only saw flowers. All ambassadors in Kosovo came to your office several times. Your schedule was often too busy. You returned the donors who had begun to leave trusting you. You visited states by visiting counterparts who visited hospitals with renomes and received their support for the cooperation and delivery of our specialists to subservations. Such trips were often made with a self - imposed, nonstate budget. You told the citizens of Kosovo about the new centres, the centers of excellence, trauma, the Pristina hospital, the vision for the future of our health. You started to fix the legislative aspect by finalising 26 Laws and Administration Guides. Every day you gave your cabinet new tasks. You told us this is a marathon we should run like a spring. People with archaic conviction that create divisions, ditches, and pits were many. From the days before you arrived at the minister of later events and worked night and day not to meet the goals and project that you built failed. Unfortunately, there were many. They've increased. They lined up and took tasks to denigrate. They did not choose tools but had only goals. Even those who had not visited a hospital began talking about medicine. Disaster... Take it. They forgot that Kosovo's health led the Prof. Dr. R. Latifi, who has published over 20 books]7 for health management, over 370 scientific works in prestigious newspapers, professor at 5 world - intensive universities, income of over $1 million a year, 5 children and grandchildren. Kosovo was more than itself. You didn't believe my friend here that people are without principles, at night they change their minds, they change their minds, they're cheating... they're very minimous, they're toxic, not just with administration. The line against those who called you back for a fair cause you had was yours. You called me in the cabinet, told the boss to take a picture and offer me to read the letter of resignation. I agreed because I was running but not about the date. You were disappointed, deeply hurt. Could it be different? I believe not. You stood upright. You didn't bow. They wanted you on your knees.
