This says there are regular visits to Kosovo, showing that Kurti has also been talking to about reregistering the license plates.
“In my regular visit to Kosovo, I have met with Prime Minister Albin Kurti to continue our very useful discussions on crucial progress in normalising relations with Serbia, approaching the 31 October deadline for reregistering the license plates and recent developments in the energy field”, Lajcak has written on Twitter.
