Why is Kurt's tweet about calling with Biden's senior adviser?

Someone who manages the prime minister's Twitter has decided to reduce an important call from America for Kurti, where they are again asked to push implementation to license plates in a conversation that, in addition to this request, seems completely insignificant. Why? Prime Minister Albin Kurti tweeted at Twitter for a conversation Mr. Derek [...]
Prime Minister Albin Kurti tweeted at Twitter for a conversation Mr. Derek Chollet, senior adviser to the American president, Mr. Joe Biden.
Kurti focused on the discussion of the World Justice Index report, which he leads [VVV] and government exhibits [Liburn Aliu, Albulen Haxhiu] performed as government success and that HINA is second in the world for improving rule of law.

But such an interpretation turned out to be incorrect, or if it's spoken in the language of government, a newspaper.
One of the contributors to supply data about the report in question and one of the best law connoisseurs in our country, Mr. Ehat Miftaraj, was among the first to denounce this type of incorrect interpretation, arguing that, in fact, ʹ Kosovo is 57th in this ranking, not second.
Except for Mr. Miftaraya, a review of this report today even makes the LDK deputy voicer Mrs. Hykmete Bajrami.
The report is highlighted with debate and criticism today, even in the Kosovo Assembly. But Prime Minister Kurti has chosen this very distorted interpretation to write in Twitter as a topic of conversation with President Biden's senior adviser, Mr. Biden. Chollette.
But the main phone conversation, the Kosovo public, is shown by Mr. Chollet, who through Twitter, indicates Kurt's request to accept the request to delay the decision on license plates.
Spock w/ Kosovo PM @Oblancurti Today to avoid the import of impacting tension & posting the implementation of new license plays, without contracts or finances. Also discused our partnership & shared governments of advanced Kosovo's European & Euro-Atlantic integration.

How the prime minister's staff finds it reasonable to have such a weighty discussion about Kosovo right now reduce the global justice system report that is compiled even by the data from various local organisations seems mysterious. /Periscopi/
