Prime Minister Albin Kurti tweeted at Twitter for a conversation Mr. Derek Chollet, senior adviser to the American president, Mr. Joe Biden.
Kurti focused on the discussion of the World Justice Index report, which he leads [VVV] and government exhibits [Liburn Aliu, Albulen Haxhiu] performed as government success and that HINA is second in the world for improving rule of law.
But such an interpretation turned out to be incorrect, or if it's spoken in the language of government, a newspaper.

But the main phone conversation, the Kosovo public, is shown by Mr. Chollet, who through Twitter, indicates Kurt's request to accept the request to delay the decision on license plates.

How the prime minister's staff finds it reasonable to have such a weighty discussion about Kosovo right now reduce the global justice system report that is compiled even by the data from various local organisations seems mysterious. /Periscopi/
