The first of the government said that Kosovo's ranking as the first country in the Western Balkans for rule of law from the annual index of “World Justice Project” confirms that its government reforms are functioning well and rapidly.
It has also ranked Kosovo 2nd worldwide for the greatest improvement in rule of law during the past year”, Kurti wrote.
According to “World Justice Project”, the five states that have made the best improvement in rule of law are Honduras, Kosovo, the state from Central Africa HINA Belize, Moldova and the United States of America.
