Kurti has said Blinken has announced about progress in Kosovo, relations with Serbia, as well as the need to intensify the process of dialogue towards a final agreement with mutual recognition at the centre.
I had a very good telephone conversation with Secretary Blinken. I informed him about continued progress in Kosovo. We talked about relations between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as the need for the dynamising of the process of dialogue towards a legally binding agreement with mutual recognition at centre”, Kurti has announced.
No further than yesterday, Prime Minister Kurti has declared there are already exchanges and various proposals between the EU and Washington for a final agreement. He called these proposals Franco-German proposals, but said they are final.
