Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that for less than two years when they received the mandate, major progress has been made.
He cited fighting crime and corruption, adding that foreign investment has increased and 400,000 jobs have been opened.
According to him, the increase has also been in foreign investment because investors most have been investing in Kosovo to corrupt authorities.
The blame for the energy crisis he left to those who have run the country since the war, saying there has been failure to repair the thermal power plants.
With democracy we mean creating functional states. Our government has received the mandate two years ago, and essential for democracy is rule of law and order. With our Government the Republic has made much progress, we have been raised in the anti-corruption war index”, Kurti said as he mentioned the prosecution's action in Brezovica.

They destroyed 68 criminal gangs and confiscated over 1.8 million drugs, 75 seized villas due to illegal construction, and the list of owners was shocking but not surprising to high-level judges, wealthy businessmen, politicians and their relatives”.
Foreign investments have increased, increased 400,000 jobs, and you have the largest budget ever. Foreign investors find it easier to invest in Kosovo because they no longer need to corrupt authorities”.
“Although there are crises affecting the world, in Kosovo this crisis can be managed more easily, and Kosovo is facing a crisis that is greatly affecting it, such as raising the price of energy and those of essential products. In the past two decades, there has been a lack of power generation and shows failure to repair thermal power plants”, Kurti said further.
Mario Bikarski, an expert on the Western Balkans, said countries in the region could face energy shortages and that inflation has greatly influenced businesses, reports EO.
