This came hours after Kiev criticised Musk's call for a negotiated solution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Musk's plan came the same day when the Russian parliament voted to formalise the illegal annexation of four regions of Ukraine from Moscow, following referenda organised in territories last week.
Musk's plan began with this suggestion: “Review the election of regions annexed under UN supervision. Russia leaves if this is the will of the people”.
His second point, “Crime formally part of Russia, as has been since 1783 (until Hrushow's mistake)” While his last two points demanded that Ukraine remain “neutrale” and that the “water supply is secured”.
