VV MP Saranda Bogujevci has said the bill for the Institute of Crimes committed during the war in Kosovo is one of the most important.
Bogujevci said the issue of documenting war crimes is not scientific research, until he added that the collected data could serve in the future as indictments.
I think it's one of the most important bills and I honestly didn't expect the discussion to come to this point. The first is not scientific research, the issue of the record of war crimes because it's not being done scientific research where there's going to be publications on this case”.
I've been part of my research and documentation, specifically with my family's case, you know what that means”.
The question of research and documentation is linked as some form of evidence each individual gives, whether he has experienced something himself or he has witnessed it. It's not scientific research. Scientific research means that when data is collected and that data comes out, that's when research is done and data records that then serve scientific research, but other issues, could also be for lawsuit”.
These things, if necessary, can we do even deeper, search deeper and see how the law is done, if you think there are certain elements in the law that must be fulfilled”. /Periscopi/
