Defence Minister Armend Mehaj has said that the first regiment of our Earth Forces Footmen is carrying out training in the Republic of Albania with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania (FARSH) and the US Security Forces Assistance Brigade (SFAB).
“The US Security Forces Assistance Brigades (SFAB) are specialised units with the main mission to conduct training, counseling, assistance, access and association of operations with allied countries and partners”.
“The exercise is aimed at skills at tactical and operational levels of troops in order to prepare for the exchange of the First Infantry Regiment”.
