It was reported yesterday that only nine Serb citizens in the north have registered cars on RKS plates so far.
In northern Kosovo municipalities, inhabited by Serb majority Zvecan, Leposaviq, Zubin Potok and North Mitrovica are estimated to circulate 10,000 cars with Serbian license plates.
