Begu has said that to organise a conference for women and their role in peace and not invite women who contributed money, during and after the war, does not honor Kosovo as host, but also cannot rewrite history.

“Me was organised in Kosovo a conference on women & their role in peace, and don't even invite women and girls to join me with the most precious contribution of money, during & after the war, as an example witnessed in the world, I don't honor Kosovo as a host, but even history doesn't rewrite”, has written Begu in the town of recently.

Begu S. has given specific names to any woman who has not been invited, saying their number is plural.

He has also attached a link to the list of women who have received the United Nations prize for their contribution. Among the names is Flora Brovina.
