What is inflation?
Inflation by which prices of goods and services increase. Likewise, it also works as a percentage by which money “fiat” loses their value. For example, in the 1970 ' s, a cup of coffee was 20 cents, today 1.50 Mmm. For the same amount of money now you can buy less goods than you could have bought 50 years ago, because when prices go up, everyone notices this change of money purchasing power decreases.
Inflation is measured in the consumer price index. This shows how much money someone would spend this year to buy the same products and services as last year. /Periscopi/
