With criticism from the opposition, the international agreement for ratification of the Agreement for “Project Social Assistance System Reform in Kosovo” is under consideration.
In the Commission for Boards, Labour and Transference, this agreement is being reasoned before MPs, Finance, Labour and Transferences Minister Hekuran Murati.
Minister Murati said this agreement envisions a reform of social and pension schemes. According to him, this loan regulates this field.
We are not taking loans for social schemes, but for reform in this sector”, he said.
PDK MP Ferat Shala has criticised the 47m-euro loan agreement envisioning the remigration of social schemes for 2021.
While LDK deputy Avdullah Hoti has said that out of this deal, 15m euros are for direct budgetary support, which he says are unnecessary.
“in history did not happen to receive social schema credit. It's meaningless to say we're getting debt loans, so it's going up”, he said.
Minister Murati laughed at former Prime Minister Hoti's comments, but the latter asked him to be more serious.
I want you to be serious when you talk to me”, Hoti told Minister Murat.
