Hakki Abazi: There is a German proposal for Association

He called it a lie and said Serbian municipalities have the right to make their association based on the laws and decision of the Constitutional Court rather than establish a third power in Kosovo.
And just as we usually write it down, putting it in our fingernails, and we know that when you put something in your fingernail, it's a lie or a lie. That is, there is no German proposal because there is only one proposal and it is the Association based on the right to freedom of association under the law of the Republic of Kosovo. There will be no third power in Kosovo, there will be no Zajednica, no executive rights derived from the local central power or power, to the association and organisation that can present third power because this is prohibited in the Republic of Kosovo”, Abazi has said at his weekly conference in the Parliament.
He said that if it used to be unacceptable since constitutionality has been protected, today it is even more unacceptable because it is required “by a state that has committed genocide against others, continues to support today the genocide that is being committed to others and requires unconstitutional rights for an ethnic group that constitutes less than 5% of the population and, meanwhile, has the greatest rights that any ethnic group in the continent of Europe<1>.
What do you need such isolation on ethnic lines within such association? But, in no form, one should allow the focus of the process to depart from the obligation Serbia has to recognise Kosovo -- the obligation this comes from the necessity to see another Serbia -- from what it has been and continues to be today”.
Ahaz added that no proposal, no matter where it comes from and what its name is, can change Kosovo's course to be a democratic state, which guarantees each individual's rights under the constitution and law.
