Nearly a year after, only a court hearing was held, where prosecution witnesses were heard against Halil Mehmetaj and his three sons, Malsori, Kressnik's Kastriots, who allegedly killed the bus driver Gani Gjonaj, who was carrying students from Gjakova to Decani, among them Lediomzay and Gentiananaj who died from the attack.

By giving no more details about the specifics of expertise, the Peja Prosecutor's Office says details will be given at an event they will organise, except for the findings coming from the Helvetik State.
But little about this expertise, and even all the random evidence, knows one suspect's attorney, Silas Lokay. This, since he and other defenders have been denied access to records provided by the prosecution. He demanded that the court proceed with defence witnesses as soon as possible.
