Germany asks the Government for proposals for Association: Have something on the table as soon as possible

Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, has named the topic of the majority Serb Communists Association as “m heat>, in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. He has asked the Government of Kosovo to give its proposals as far as the formation of the Association is concerned, while stressing that it is enough for him [...]
He has requested from the Government of Kosovo, which as soon as possible gives its proposals regarding the formation of Association, while stressing that it is quite clear to him that there will be no possibility for a “Republika Srpska” in Kosovo, similar to that in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“This is what my special envoy for the Balkans said when he was in Belgrade on Friday, and the founding of the Serbian Commission Association is Kosovo's contracting duty, ratified by the Assembly of Kosovo, and when I said earlier that the issue of license plates and ID cards is in line with Brussels agreements, so is the establishment of the Serbian Commission Association. So, Kosovo should act on that and you know, the sooner it puts something on the table that is fully in line with the Constitution of Kosovo, the more it will demitize and relax conversation”, he has said of RTV Dukagini.
In addition, Rohde has said that if Kosovo, there will be proposals that will be easier reaching an agreement with Serbia, according to him saying “jo, it is not a” breakthrough.
Germany's ambassador has said that Kosovo is obliged to form the association, because according to him that agreement has been ratified in the Kosovo Assembly.
